Our room was super clean, cute, and was located in a good spot. Breakfast was also great as well! The only slight thing I didn’t like was the bed was kind of hard. I’m a small person so if it’s firm it’s just not comfortable to me, but otherwise it was great and I’d definitely stay again!

Great location in a quiet and still close to Bellagio Downtown. Air conditioning everywhere and very clean room. Laura has been amazing in receiving us and spending time giving us all the tips from a local person. Available any time you have a question. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared and on time. I recommend the location. You feel well received like family.

It’s a really cute building and room just a couple minutes walk from the St Giovani boat dock and 5ish minutes from the public beach. Note the beach is fun but very rocky.

Nice location with free car parking. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Nice breakfest. Nearby ferry service is great to cmmute everywhere.

Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here! Everything was perfect! It was peaceful, good restaurant close by, the free breakfast was delicious and fresh. Most of all our host Laura was fantastic! She communicated with us from the time we booked until the time we checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend this place and will certainly come back here!
