Jó Clean room, very comfortable beds. Three stories, no elevator.
The room had very few electrical outlets for phones and medical devices. We had to have them move the bed and give us an extension cord so we could plug in a CPAP machine. Also a little strange that we were only allowed 1 room key for 3 adults.

Stains on top bed cover. Housekeeping doesn't come to clean room when we were out. No hair dryer, ironing board or iron.

Two king sized beds is great. Clean enough, secure enough. For visiting my aunt, it's been a great location for many years... the place is a motel, centrally located in south san francisco. We don't have huge high expectations, so we're generally not disappointed. And when "cheap accommodations" are so rare now, this is actually a find

The reason im not giving this stsy at The Royal Inn, is due the room being somewhat clean an the reason for the somewhat is due to the TERRIBLE antiquated, rough looking, furnishings. HORRIBLE and there was only 1 usable television channel.
Hoteks.com you need to be ashamed of your for advertising such facilities.

I woke up with bug bites all over my body.
I never experienced anything like this
Not I’m worried about the bug bites.
I have pictures of the room and the bug bite on my body.
The staff are using towels to cover the broken blinds.

The walls and bedsheets are filthy. Why does Expedia have these type of hotels on here. Disappointing

Had to wear socks the whole time or my feet would get black walking around on their disgusting floor. For $500 I would expect a clean room. Never again will I go back.
