Wonderful location in the city. Airport bus stop is less than 5 mins walk. Facilities is well maintained.

The premium you pay to stay in a 4 star hotel isn't justified by the quality of room, bedding or the bathroom. Before this we stayed in a much cheaper hotel, about half the price and it was excellent. Here even though we booked for 3 we only got 2 twin beds. That's pretty tight to sleep on. The bathroom had bad odour of seawage. Not from being unclean but because the pipes are such.. some bathrooms stink. And it was one of those. Sadly.

Near to the shopping street. The affiliated parking place is just next to the hotel. Payment to make at hotel when check in. Quiet and nice place

Overall we had a good stay. The room could be cleaner. The age of the hotel is showing in the room, understandably. The gym was a really nice amenity. Parking onsite was helpful.

Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping, Odori park and train stations. Close to airport limo and hotel that was the pick up point for day tours.

Very friendly staff. The hotel itself is a bit tired, and the general cleanliness could be slightly better also.

Location is super convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was decent but there were ants in the bathroom.

Great location, clean room. Kai at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The one thing that I'd like to see changed is the method in charging for parking. I parked at Times (again) and was required to move my car out and back in for every day of my stay. The hotel should allow me to leave it there, I can pay for all nights parking, and stamp my card on the last day. Must be a better procedure than moving it every day. It was quite inconvenient. Thank you.
