Fantasztikus Staff very helpful and many of them which is unusual. Breakfast well presented and replenished often. I like the idea of having a free drink if your room is not cleaned.

The location was good, walking distance from the main train station and very close to the underground. There is a sketchy area one should avoid a few blocks away if the walking.
Our room was clean, but our friends room next door looked like someone had been murdered on the carpet. Our shower door was missing the seal at the bottom, so the whole bathroom would flood when showering. We alerted housekeeping, but the problem was not fixed.
Overall though, for the price, it was a good stay. They do a nice job of breakfast considering the hundreds of people they serve each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, but if the room is subpar, ask for a change.

Excellent stay in Dusseldorf at this hotel! The breakfast bar was very well stocked with lots of options. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to the area.

A/C barely working, so hot in the room.
Nobody at the front desk, only self check inn available.
No hot water.
Not a very good area where hotel is located.

A guest of 3 or more will either have to sleep with each other or book multiple rooms. The sofa bed mattress didn't prevent the feeling of the springs. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Easy to get to from Düsseldorf HBF takes five minutes if using the U75 or U77 underground train. Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming. Our room (621) was fine, a couple of minor issues but maintenance fixed straight away. The bed was comfortable and we slept without issues. Amenities in the room were okay, but we didn’t like the smell of the soap and body wash (parsley and sage). Breakfast over five mornings was exactly the same (poultry sausage), this could have done with being different on a few days, other items for a European breakfast were plentiful. On this occasion we were always able to get a seat and everything worked well. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay again if in Düsseldorf. I would like to see IHG points awarded if booking through Expedia as in my case.
