SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley delivered well on its promise of providing a comfortable and welcoming stay. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from check-in through my departure. While I would recommend improving the freshness of the room's scent, the overall experience was very positive. I enjoyed my stay, would recommend the hotel to others, and plan to return next month.

"Now that's what I call luxury!"... was my son's first comment upon checking in (granted he's 9 and has only been in like 3 budget hotels). That said, first impressions are a big deal, and a clean and sharp looking lobby is a great start. We stayed for 2 nights, used the pool, and the breakfast each morning. The front desk was very responsive when we asked for additional towels, and everything appeared to be neatly new. The breakfast was hot, and even rotated the menu. If I had to nitpick, the room was a little smaller than I mightve expected for a suite, but plenty big enough for a family of 4

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was convenient, and we had a pleasant experience overall. Would stay here again.

We loved the space available for a family of 5. Our 2 yo was able to sleep in the trundle, closer to the ground. There was ample amount of space for the family to roam in the room AND restroom. We wish we could have spent more time to roam around the hotel and use the pool. We will definitely be back again!
