Great place especially for the price! Rooms were clean, pool was clean/cool water, and staff was extremely nice and helpful!

The staff was extremely accommodating. The beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. Parking was easy. 10 out of 10 recommend

Átlag alatt The Tv was about to fall off the wall. The sheet was too small for the mattress and kept coming off. The carpet seemed very old and dirty. Over all it was a very cheap get what you pay for.

Nagyszerű It was clean. Reminded me of a 1980’s motel but it was certainly functional and economic. Easy access to Branson attractions.

Breakfast room, office, and room clean and neat. Nice variety of hot & cold breakfast options. Staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. Love the convenience of parking right outside our door. A microwave in the room would be handy. We will plan to stay at Twelve Oaks on our next visit to Branson.
