This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Filthy room with peeling wallpaper and water damage to the walls and ceiling. BLOOD on the bedsheets, POOP on one of my towells. I asked staff to clean my room and they informed me that they dont normally clean rooms because the cleaners often steal and guest complain. Sink had broken plumbing and emptied directly onto the floor so when I brushed my teeth tootgpaste would wash all over the bathroom floor. No shampoo or soap provided. When I complained about it the manager begrudgingly gave me soap by pouring industrial grade cleaner into a USED PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE. Litterally so bad. I cant believe this place hasnt been condemned. I had booked here because a popular travel Youtuber (Retire and Go) always plugs this place but I couldnt have been more disappointed. Save yourself the painful experience and book somewhere else.

Great place stay in the middle of Kuta

Beautiful swimming pool. Lovely staff. Good environment but the room itself needs improvement. No cups no kettle in the room. No tea no coffee. We had to buy our own kettle and cups. The rooms need renovation. Shower over bath older people have to be aware.

Let's be real. It's not the Ritz,she's a little run down and has seen better days but in saying that it's clean, comfortable, quiet (away from the hustle), has cable TV and air con and the staff are great. There's also a great little bar out front that sells cheap beer and serves nice cheap food. So overall if your looking for a really good cheap place to stay I'd recommend the Diva.

I didn’t even stay longer than one night here. The place was dirty, the sheets were ripped, the headboard (made of cushion) was extremely filthy with what seemed like stains all over it. The sheets over the box frame seemed like they haven’t been changed in years. The walls were peeling. The light in the bathroom and the one over the bed did not work. There was one small mirror in the bathroom. There was a hole on the bathtub. The pipping was broken and leaking. It smelled weird. There was no toilet paper and when I asked for some, the guy at the front desk just laughed at me and handed me a used one. They had no body wash and when I asked for it, the front desk person put some in what seemed like a used water bottle - no joke - and handed it to me. Before leaving the next day, I asked for a towel and they refused it, they said we were only allowed one towel haha. Joke of a place. I took pictures of everything.

Good value for money. You get what you pay for. Pool very good. No room service or toiletries. Good breakfast.

Nothing , the place was smelly and pool was green. Checked out after two hours as the smell in the room was unbearable

This is a hidden gem regardless of the complaints and negative opinions. The regulars love this place and I can see why.

My travel circumstances were that I just needed a bed to rest for a short, so it covered all my bases.
