The lobby area for eating and outside sitting was opened too late in the day (9:00) for a place to have your morning coffee.
The rooms were not all the same, some were more updated for the same money, as well as some had a coffee maker and others rooms didn't. Keep in mind there is no AC and elevator, if that maters to you.
The beds were comfortable and the room size was good.
Don't expect a lot, but overall it was fine.

The hotel's location is really good - just 20 min away from the city centre by tram. It is a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The room was clean, but the bathroom defenatly needs refurbishment. I found the price of almost €300/night way to high for what the hotel offers, but maybe it was an extra busy weekend, so they can afford to ask that price.

The staff and the cleanliness was amazing. However, the rooms were much smaller and more cramped than what was pictured in the website. Someone else came to the desk to complain while I was there, so I know it wasn't just me.
Again, the staff was great. Loved the free espresso maker in the lobby. But expect your room to be significantly smaller than what's pictured online.

Fantasztikus Myself, my partner and our young daughter came to stay here for 1 night and we couldn’t recommend more. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us all. They were more than happy to store our luggage before check in before we went off to explore the area for the day. When we returned for the evening to check in, our luggage was even already placed in our room.
Our hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is also very local to tram stop / line which is only around a 15 minute trip into Amsterdam Centraal station.

The room was pretty clean and good heating system - super strong radiator that can be regulated. Okay bed.
Very kind staff, ready to and happy to assityou with a big smile.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations.
The problems began at check-in. Despite having contacted the hotel twice in advance and attempting to call immediately upon landing (with no response), the receptionist was rude and confrontational, placing the blame on us instead of offering assistance. This set an unwelcoming tone from the very beginning.
The room itself was not maintained to a satisfactory standard. Bed sheets were not properly clean on arrival and were rarely replaced during the stay. Towels were changed infrequently. The plumbing was problematic, with unpleasant odours and poor drainage. The room was also uncomfortably hot; the fan provided was ineffective, and combined with very thin walls and constant street noise at night, restful sleep was almost impossible.
Most concerning was a security incident one evening around 10pm, when someone was testing the locks on multiple doors in the hallway, including ours. It was very unsettling. When we called reception to report this, staff dismissed the matter as a “mistake” and offered no reassurance or follow-up, which left us feeling unsafe.
Overall, this property failed on both comfort and service. Between the unprofessional reception, poor room standards, lack of safety response, and excessive noise, I could not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay again.

Jó The location and service at the hotel were excellent. Unfortunately there was a strong sewage smell permeating from the bathroom. We were able to close the bathroom door and keep the smell out of the room but each trip to the bathroom/shower was miserable. We loved the location and the staff was excellent but I can’t say I’d stay here again.

The property overall contains problematic plumbing and construction. The room was poorly set up for a double occupancy and the bathroom is definitely in need of engineering and architectural upgrades.
