Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 5 am, long before check-in time. They went out of their way to get a room ready for me as fast as possible, and offered me free breakfast while I was waiting.

The style is great. It’s not an overly busy or impersonal hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when I got there early. My only complain might be that they didn’t check my id card when I said I lost my room key before they gave me a new one but obviously that was more convenient for me.

I enjoyed my stay at Nostalgia S Beijing Bird's Nest. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The property is clean, quiet and cozy. I would come back!
