I got a refund because the sheets were dirty & had holes. The front desk had no extra sheets. The tub was also very filthy. Wouldn’t be comfortable to sleep, didn’t use anything, only time was wasted.

Do not choose this hotel it was terrible stay so bad that me and my girl even checked out a day early. The staff was not helpful when asked for help the air conditioner was in terrible condition, the room constantly smelled cigarettes, the bathroom tub was in bad shape , the toilet got clogged the room was filled with ants so bad that it even got onto our beds. When it comes to conflicts was never gotten resolved or offered anything for inconvenience. Made a reservation and called in to make sure my room was reserved, once arrived staff couldn’t find my reservation and was nothing able to do. Even though reservation was reserved and had confirmation of my room booked and was offered to find another place to go and traveled all the way from NY to get a answer like this was very upsetting
