It’s okay. The place smells kind of weird and is definitely overpriced for what it is, but the man at the desk was very kind and helpful, and it’s in a very convenient location near the train station.

Someone enter the hotel, and was moving furniture and open closing the doors 🚪 hard! Constantly until 2 am. Or more. MAybe we’re employees but they were like destroying the place. I was afraid they want to enter my room. Sad because I like my room but the staff never was aware of this situation. I can office and I contact expidia regarding this

Had allergies from the room but was upgraded to much better room! Excellent service of the receptionist.

Not great, not terrible. My room was dated and a bit dirty, with a funny smell. Staff does not speak great English, no locked room for luggage storage. The elevator and stairs outside are definitely dated. Still, a comfortable place to rest while exploring Florence.

Good overall hotel except very uncomfortable bed which was too firm. Same as sleeping on the floor. Also a little overpriced.

Jó It was exactly what it looked like, an economical place to stay in Florence. There are many better places you could stay and in better locations with more comfort, but for the price, this hotel delivered exactly as expected. It was a nice alternative to be able to stay the night, grab a shower, and continue on my holiday.

The hotel and staff were fantastic! The breakfast was well done and very tasty, not to mention affordable~ a very diverse spread for 4E each. I think my favorite part was the lovely patio/porch area off the dining room that we could sit and listen to the birds and the bells from the Duomo. The room was large and comfortable with a large window that opened to a "courtyard" balcony area. Also, the location to the shopping markets and the train station was perfect! 2 min to market for leather, jewelry, etc. shopping and 2 min to train. 7 min-ish to main palazzo. A wonderful stay!
