The rooms were clean and well kept. But you need some directions to get to the rooms from the room. All in all I enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again. The location is everything and there eateries in the same plaza, Domino's etc

This hotel location is the best close to everything. Is one the best hotel in Guangzhou.

.

Clean room and nice outdoor pool. Enjoyed the steam room and sauna after a swim. Good service

Execellent hotel and very good service.

The staff said i didn't pay and were telling me that I cannot leave , they were about to call the police for me . I had to show my Expedia receipt and there still was no apology from the staff member .

Good

My children and I spent a total of 20 nights at the hotel in June. We really enjoyed it, especially the kids who played in the pool almost every night. All the staff were very nice and friendly. The facilities were a bit old but that was understandable. We stayed for 18 nights at the beginning, then went to another city for two days and returned to Guangzhou to stay at the China Hotel again. Because of an air conditioning problem in our new room, the hotel changed our room. After packing our luggage again, my children and I waited in the room for almost two hours (around 7:30 pm) without any response. I contacted the hotel but it seemed they had forgotten about us, although they did send someone to our room to help us change rooms as soon as possible. Since I was traveling alone with three children and had a lot of luggage, we had to carry our luggage ourselves to the new room which was right next to the elevator and not as nice as the original room. However, I didn't mind for the last two nights. The hotel later brought us a fruit platter as an apology. Overall, it was a good experience although we weren't entirely satisfied at the end but we would consider staying at the China Hotel again next time.

Excellent hôtel 5 étoiles, situé à côté d'un métro et avec stationnement. Personnels attentionnés et serviables. Je retournerai assurément lors de mon prochain séjour.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Central location and is next to the Metro station.
