One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip through Europe. We are travelers from southern Chile, and the kindness and professionalism of the gentleman at the reception were truly outstanding. He spoke several languages, including Spanish (our native language), which made us feel very welcome. He took the time to explain Venice to us, gave us a map with all the key landmarks so we wouldn't get lost, and even showed us where to go and how to get around the city. His help made a huge difference to our experience. We are very grateful to him—he is truly a wonderful person. We stayed for two nights. The room had air conditioning, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. We highly recommend it!

Staff really nice Room very clean. Old building, not luxury but excellent for what it is. Air conditioning working well. Breakfast more than basic, good service.

The receptionist was very welcoming and lovely and helpful, she drew on a map for me and guided me on how to navigate the city, recommended places to visit and areas to eat, she checked me in 2 hours early too! The hotel felt very cosy and authentic

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Very well placed for access from bus or train station. Clean and comfortable room. Grateful for air conditioning, fridge and safe in room. Also had a lovely shaded garden area for sitting.

This was in a very quiet area of VENICE that is convenient to so many places! Breakfast was good but we stayed 5 days and there was little variety. We would definitely book this hotel again!!

Staff was wonderful and breakfast had good selections. Location was nice- close enough to train station but also close distance to Rialto bridge, etc. AC was great and we actually had to turn it down in our room! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Quiet area near the bus station and just off a canal. We only stayed for one night but felt comfortable and enjoyed being able to walk out the door and be in the heart of Venice but also a few minutes walk from the bus station. Nice cafes and restaurants within two minutes walk.
