Amazing time there, the staff was great, very peaceful. You can rent a bike too. It’s a little bit remote but easy to go Taroko Park by car from there.

Staff are very friendly and thoughtful. Guests are allowed to rent bikes without costs for two hours, the roads are very bike friendly. And the view is great.

Room is very nice.Good location, good view even from the tub.But they don't serve water and have to go to another floor to get it. There's no other food around the neighborhood. They need to have a cafe. Otherwise I would give them excellent rating

The room was way smaller than expected. We paid an extra NT2,000 for a sea view room, but the windows were very dirty, which was very disappointing. When taking photos, the dirt on the glass showed up in every picture, which really affected the experience. The toilet also had a noticeable urine smell when we first opened the door. Overall, the room did not feel worth the price because of the small space, dirty windows, and the bathroom cleanliness. However, the paid breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food and most of it tasted great. The free 2-hour bike rental is also a nice bonus for tourists who want to explore the nearby neighborhood and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was quite small, no drinking water nor any snacks nor any beverage in the room, had to get water from the machine in the hall way. Service was ok, nothing special. Very new and clean though.

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a NT$6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. Lento Restaurant cooperates with local small farmers to create Lakeshore Hotel Hualien Taroko special dishes with the resources of Hualien's beautiful mountains, waters, and crops. Business hours: Brunch 06:30-13:30, Lunch 13:30-16:30, Dinner 17:30-21:00; Manbo Tea Shop carefully selects 100% natural and healthy raw materials without adding any chemical ingredients, Combining the purity of fresh milk from local pastures, under the picky water quality, time and temperature insisted by the employees, the tea is specially blended to be perfect and memorable. Business hours: 10:30-21:00.

In addition, there is a Tea House on the first floor of Serenity Hall. A calm and comfortable tea-tasting space, providing energy yoga tea, soothing spice teak, and other tea products. Business hours: 14:00-21:00.
