The one thing I need when I book a hotel is a pool. I booked this hotel for the rooftop pool, but it was out of order the whole time I was there. I was very disappointed Also, my air conditioner was not cooling the room enough

We stayed here from May 12-16 and the cleanliness of the facility is immediately noticeable, you can tell the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work. The customer service team at the front desk and the rest of the staff even the security guard is just phenomenal, everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive and eager to help us with our needs. Lastly the breakfast buffet was amazing with tons of delicious options for everyone. We will absolutely be back!

Clean Room, helpful staff, good breakfast, if you cant go to breakfast and you have flight in the morning let them know and they will give you take out food. Not far to the beach. Perfect

We booked 2 rooms for 8 person stay. The staff was superb during check in , very accommodating. We had our welcome drinks. The hotel was centrally located between station 2&3. Close to station X where there are a lot of e-trikes for transportation . Walking distance (around 5-10 minutes) to the beach. The room was clean, the bed was huge and comfortable, with safety deposit box, a cabinet, a mini fridge and drinking water. Rooftop pool and breakfast buffet. Fast wifi in both our rooms. xxthe downside for both rooms was the sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink during our entire stay. We always had to make sure to close our bathroom all the time daytime and night time to ensure the smell does not spread throughout the room. Whenever we use the bathroom, we always put a bath towel in the sink. The smell kind of goes away if the sink water is continuously flowing. We manage to keep the reservation because we were out all the time and only sleep there.

Location of the hotel was perfect, walking to the beach, restaurants are close by. The only thing is our room's view was trash, there was hammering next to our room and it was loud. Otherwise this is a perfect place and location to stay.
