Friendly and helpful staff! Appreciate the water dispenser to reduce plastic use (bottled water). However, my room is stuffy, air-con seemed not functioning well as temperature never reach what we set, shower room is slippery and bed lights not working.

(Provably is a give away or souvenir for us, I don't know) - Restaurant: The first day during breakfast, I hair was find in the Omelet, Provably another Give away???? # The variety of meal was limited and not many options for breakfast (We didn't try any other meal after nasty moment with the hair)
