Something not mentioned on the website that I booked with. There is only Valet parking at this property. This will cost an extra $50 or a struggle to find parking on your own, the breakfast advertised is also an extra charge. A couple of things I feel should be mentioned. For the extra$100 perhaps I would have chose differently. Next time I will for sure. Other than that. It is a hotel much like any other. The rooms were clean and it was nice relaxing in the pool with my kids. Thank you for that:)

The AC in our room only worked the first day. It would go in and off. My friend had a room on the same floor and hers was always colder. Maintenance tried to help on the first day and I just gave up calling

Someone checked us out at 0730 and the cleaners came at 0745 entered our room while we were sleeping. And my deposit still not in.

clean rooms beautiful views on balcony’s pool was beautiful and well kept and monkey pod beautiful views and delicious food the staff vince was so amazing and took good care of us although our keys was having issues and princess was not very nice about having to remake keys to work for us and she was not nice to vince telling him to use his inside voice helping us when he wasn’t being loud just giving us hospitality vince is definitely and amazing front desk so helpful .
