My stay was disrupted by excessive noise. At midnight, groups of people including children were talking loudly in the hallway, and the same disturbance continued in the morning. The lack of soundproofing and poor enforcement of quiet hours made it difficult to rest.This issue significantly affected the comfort of the stay, and I would not recommend the hotel to travelers seeking a peaceful environment.

Nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful specially the host in the breakfast area named Benn. She was very friendly and always has a smile. Just starts the day beautiful. Will be staying on this hotel again because of that.

My mirror had multiple finger prints on it. Cleanliness somewhat questionable. Staff were polite and helpful. Wish they knew more about luggage transfer services.

Good location, close to shopping malls and food markets. Also had easy access to get to the skytrain. Breakfast could have been better, there should have been more Thai food options as it seemed to mainly be Indian and Arabic food.

very central location. central world, siam paragon and pratunam mall are walkable. premium family room is very spacious. lots of road works thus very traffic especially peak hour. comfortable beds and clean room.

• The Berkey Hotel Pratunam is a 100% smoke-free property. This policy applies to all guest rooms and common areas to ensure a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable environment for all our guests. For your convenience, a designated smoking area is available for those who wish to smoke.

• A security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

• Infant age between 0 - 4 years old will receive complimentary stay when sharing the existing bed with parents inclusive of breakfast when book room with breakfast basis.

• Children aged 0–11 years stay free when sharing an existing bed, However, breakfast will be charged at 250 THB per child for 5-11 years old child upon check-in directly with hotel. Please note that 250 THB child breakfast is not included in the booking price.
