Excellent stay, lovely room and the staff were very helpful. Great location and safe underground parking. Can’t recommend it enough.

The rooms are old and need a remodel. They are also small and the skylight in the loft is awful. They were clean and the staff was excellent.

We had put our baby to bed at 8 and people kept running around on the floor above us. We asked the staff to help but nothing changed. Not recommended for people with young families.

Hotel showed its age especially in bathtub area. But was very clean. I’ve never stayed in a resort before, and found it expensive for what we got (ie parking, complimentary breakfast, and tv accessability.)

We stayed on the third level. The only issue we noticed was that the wooden floor on the second level of the room creaks quite a bit, making it noisy whenever someone walks on it. It would be great if it could be repaired.
