We were left two bottled waters in the room for two people staying three nights. It would be nice if the hotel replaced those waters daily in the room. We liked the unlimited coffee in the lobby self-serve area but would suggest they include real milk or cream in the refrigerator in the self-serve area. Hotel is quite charming and while one of the oldest in Boston, very up to date and well maintained!

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Metro stations were nearby. The coffee in the "guest kitchen" was pretty bad. Would have preferred a coffee maker or even an electric kettle in the room. The room did have a really nice refrigerator. The bathroom was very small but adequate. Shower and water temp was good. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. The front desk was kind of apathetic. That being said the hotel checked all the boxes and I would stay there again.
