This hotel is a hidden gem, very close to the train station and within minutes of the bridge to walk over the Grand Canal and into Venice. The staff are very welcoming and breakfast included was an added bonus! The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard with tea/coffee facilities, toiletries and hairdryer. The only negative was the shower screen didn't fit the bathtub, therefore the bathroom flooded when using the shower 🙃 The breakfast selection was surprisingly good. We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend 👌

The hotel was amazing. Clean, beautiful, charming but modern, super comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and accommodating. Highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing right by the train station. Its kinda expensive so if you can find a cheaper one by the station that would be more worth it because this hotel is alittle over priced. Staff was great. Breakfast wasnt worth it & there wasnt even a table for us to sit at first but then the front desk accommodated us with a table across the street in their sister hotel. Overall great stay but we moved to a cheaper better hotel just a water taxi ride away.

Received a very friendly welcome on arrival at the hotel. Location is perfect for both bus and train station. Many restaurants nearby to choose from and handy for the water taxis if you don’t fancy walking. Breakfast was plentiful and great selection. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was the best we have had from a hotel in Italy. The hotel was close to the train station which was very convenient. I’d recommend. Make sure you ask what they charge for and don’t charge for though because they will try to charge you at checkout.
