Nagyszerű OK stay for 1 night, 3 rooms booked no problems other than for us 2 oldies we felt unsafe in the shower as no grab rail and felt slippy, sadly breakfast was a real let down sausage undercooked bacon overcooked and the biggest laugh I had was my poached egg had no york, it was table service which is very rare and we thought ooo nice, but it wasn't, the muffins were very tasty and it was make your own toast which at least we got to eat. I would stay again but maybe have an omelette instead of a cold badly cooked breakfast in the morning, lots of noise at night but it is central in Liverpool so you have to exspect that, rooms were roomy and did what we paid for.

Nagyszerű Great Hotel, great staff, ideally located and the breakfast was class.
Was very warm weather when we stayed though and rooms had no air conditioning and windows could only be opened a tiny bit.
Get a discount voucher for parking at the NCP on Vermont Street as well which really helps with the parking costs when you leave from your stay.

Great location for shops, theatre, railway station and easy access to the museum and Docklands. Staff were all very amenable, Room was a good size and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices.

Superb breakfast. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasurable stay. Apart from room being very hot I can’t fault the hotel and its staff

Lovely hotel and well maintained. The staff were really helpful and a great central location. The breakfast was cooked to order and was really nice and fresh. The bar area was large and had very drink you could think of

Enjoyed our stay, really helpful receptionist. Great breakfast. Great location for the city centre. Only dislike where the windows needed to be double glazed and mattress could have been a bit comfier. Over all enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Lovely old building, staff were friendly and the bar area looked nice.
The room was clean but the carpets were stained and the room was really warm so we didn't sleep well.
At breakfast we were showed to a table that had not been cleaned and had used cutlery. Appreciate breakfast is made to order but there was a long wait for and it was not worth the wait unfortunately.
