Dead roaches in the room under the sink. Asked staff to please refill the shampoo/conditioner containers in the shower as they were empty(they never did). Breakfast was alright (they just do Not cook the eggs fully so that was disgusting). Parking isn’t wonderful and the road is rough due to construction of the stadium right across the road(they need to update website pictures) the lady at check in was very sweet. The man running the desk the next morning was beyond rude/hateful.

Hotel walking walking distance of Nashville downtown. Conveniently located for driving and free parking. Good hot breakfast.

Hotel was easy to navigate in and out of. Staff was put out by our arrival 6 minutes prior to 4:00p, which was a first experience for me. We were asked to sit and wait. We were also put in a room overlooking the guitar shaped pool, which in theory sounds near, but it was a heated pool and made the room felt like a sauna. It was very difficult to sleep due to the temperature in the room, the a/c unit didn’t come close to helping.

Staff was okay didn't really interact with them. Did not speak English that well. Room was clean for the most part but did have ants all around the AC and coffee maker. Did not eat the breakfast. Was there for 4th of July parking was okay just make sure not to leave on the day of the 4th as everyone tried to park there even though they do not have a room.

Found 2 dead cockroaches and killed one in my room. Staff were unpleasant to deal with and had bad attitudes. Would avoid
