For visitors to HCM this hotel is the perfect location as it is centrally located. Many things within walking distance plus close to a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus. Club Access is a must nice place to hang out great breakfast in the morning as well as happy hour from 1800 to 2000.

Room is nice and breakfast is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Location is good. I always stay at this hotel for the location however there are less expensive nice hotels near by.

Great services; Club lounges provided variety refreshments & evening served excellent choices of foods and drinks. Didn’t need to eat out at all. Staffs were attentive and helpful. Swimming pool nice, women locker & sauna were clean. Hotel location within walking distance to all attractions. Our 3 nights stay overall satisfied.

By far the best Sheraton I have stayed in. Exceptional staff (wish I could remember all their names) and top level service. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Everything you need is there. Food was great. Pool area is nice. If you have lounge access you will not be disappointed. Easy walking to shopping, markets and restaurants. Have stayed here multiple times. Will be back.

An excellent hotel in a great location. However facities for dinner were not the best. We wanted a sit down restaurant with internation food. Other than the buffet, we found the food just average.

Very comfortable room - the room faced the pool and was extremely quiet, even though the hotel is on a main street, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast! However, there were renovations on the upper floors of the hotel, and if we had to be in the room - it would have been an unpleasant inconvenience. At the very least, this information should have been given before booking the room - it would have been less pleasant to encounter this fact during the stay itself.
