入住時間到房間還未安排好，一直到晚上九點才勉強換兩間房給我們；更換的房型中房內煙味極濃，味道就像是錢櫃包廂一般揮之不去；也不符合網頁上說明每一組客人間隔34小時以上的防疫聲明；房間地板也不乾淨

建議樓上房間要重新裝潢和樓下一樣 不然冬天太冷了 沒有暖氣 會凍到難睡 還有樓上燈光太昏暗 不好 建議燈也要換 原本我住樓上 但太冷了 換到樓下後 真的差很多 才能好好睡眠。管理的人態度很好 半夜還馬上幫我們換房 覺得這點值得讚賞

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful, but this is unfortunately the only good thing about our stay. The A/C was not strong enough to combat the summer heat in a small room, construction works were ongoing till late at night in the house nearby, and the overall condition of the house are very basic. The pictures at hotels.com are compensated by the beautiful scenery, but don't reflect the true condition of the house. Besides, the walking distance to Jiufen old street is about 30 mins (not 11 mins as stated at hotels.com) and involves hiking so better be equipped with a flashlight if you plan to return at night

The villa was too far from jiufen, The villa wasn't maintained because the room was dirty.
The caretaker was courteous but doesn't know how to speak english.

We had a few issues with the local language as the staff spoke no english but they tried their best. It wasnt near the old street so we had to either take a taxi or bus. There were some lovely views! Overall not bad

Away from the mainstream. Dogs welcome. Awesome view over the sea and surrounding mountains. Lovely hotel staff. Yummy local breakfast and snacks. Comfy bed and strong but quiet AC. Small bath room but super strong shower. Great stay.

Nagyszerű The villa is in a nice location with wonderful views. But travelers are advised to take a cab there as there are limited parking lots and the road leading to it is a long narrow-winding one.
We may have caught the housekeeper in a surprise as the room was not thoroughly cleaned on the first day. But they more than made up for it with their pleasantness

Fantasztikus Must say 3 times. Homestay family is great , they are helpful and friendly. Besides that, we eat a family dinner and spend a nice night which words cannot describe it.
