Fantasztikus Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på dette hotellet. Det var veldig hyggelige folk som jobbet der, og frokosten var fantastisk. Lokasjonen på hotellet lå perfekt til på stranden, og det var gå avstand til restauranter og butikker.

The room, reception staff,
Bistro and location were perfect directly on the beach! I especially appreciate the kindness Si thu, Gift, Nase and Suzy! They were so welcoming and accommodating to my every need! I look forward to returning to stay there again very soon and highly recommend this hotel! 🙏 Rob

We picked this place last minute after full moon and our previous accommodation being mosquito-infested. Our stay here was incredible from start to finish - the room on the beach was incredibly convenient and a great place to watch the sunset each day. The staff were very friendly, especially Suzy (sorry if misspelled!) who went out of their way to offer free self-checkout, transfer and more to make our stay the best.
Note to say that although our room was located right next to Ban’s diving, where each evening there tends to be noise from the Fishbowl, it was actually not bad at all and didn’t affect our sleep in anyway. Would 1000% recommend this place.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The room was impeccably clean and right on the beach! We had one of the rooms with the net you can lay on so you don’t get sandy - Ingenious! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts every day! Loved the full English breakfast almost each morning. I asked for a recommendation for a private snorkel and they hooked us up with a longboat that took us around the island to many beautiful snorkel spots. Japanese Gardens was our favorite! We had dinner at the hotel twice and were always pleased! The servers are attentive and professional. Great food!

This hotel was so so. Communications were seamless, they sent a driver to pick me up and check in was a breeze. So far, so good.
However, the housekeeper never replenished the toilet paper, which obviously isn't ideal. And on one of the two days I was there, the staff forgot to place my breakfast order even though there was only one other customer at the restaurant, so I ended up going diving without breakfast. In their defense, the staff gave me a croissant for the road, which was nice, but that still doesn't excuse them completely dropping the ball.
Location is good, in the heart of Sairee and right on the beach. Room is on the smaller side. Shower struggles to produce hot water. Breakfast when served, is mediocre.
The mishaps are a shame, as this place has potential.
