AC didn't work the first night and the staff was very quick to fix it once informed. Very friendly staff and good rooms. Somewhat noisy off the plaza at night.

Do not stay in this area. You will feel unsafe.
We arrived at 9pm from the train ststion. The area was dirty and the people around the area seemed like thugs to point i said were gonna get mugged. Arriving to hotel room it average at best. The shower had poor water pressure. The hair dryer did not work. There was a 4th floor balcony from the room with a metal roll down security solid shutter.
Next morning we told front desk hair dryer didnt work so he sent my wife to dirty room to finish getting ready.
I would never stay hear again.
Oh and the breakfast everyone raved about was so so
