El personal de la recepción sumamente grosero, mal caracter. No vale la pena pagar el desayuno con ellos ya que el señor de la recepción es el que lo cocina y solo es pan y jamon y si no te lo comes te regaña. Habitaciones muy pequeñas para pocas personas y llevar poco equipaje. El jabon te lo cobran

Front desk open only 7-3. To enter the building we need a key. They put the wrong gate key in the safety box so we couldn't enter the building. They don't answer emergency call. So we had to find another hotel.

Excellent communication from owner. Secure parking at rear. It’s not in the rather vicious clean air/congestion CCTV system in the city centre! A great place to stay visiting Florence. 10 mins away from centre on nearby tram.
