Stayed for 8 nights. Very Very Very foreigner friendly. Front desk staff all speak English and were insanely helpful with not just regular hotel duties but went above and beyond helping us with our Taobao issues and Shanghai difficulties. (11/10) Would absolutely book again!

Great staff at hotel good levels of English spoken. Good selection of food and drinks. Nice area of Shanghai short metro ride into main tourist area and the power station is close by showcasing modern art. Also a great bar near by call the Tiny bar very welcoming and friendly to all customers

I liked the modern and innovative concept of this hotel, located on an innovation campus. I stayed in one of their "pods", which has everything you need with a shared bathroom around the corner. I recommend adding breakfast, which is generous and delicious. I also ate several dinners at the hotel, which were excellent, with a European bistro flair. The hotel is a block from the river front, where an amazing greenway goes all the way to the Bund. Stunning vistas. The museum next to the hotel (within a repurposed power plant) is well worth a visit.

Loved this hotel, it was very quirky with upstairs sleeping accommodation. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean. Umbrellas were available to borrow which was handy as it rained while we were there. Not too far from shops and metro.

I think one of the main reasons for you to stay here is that it has such a nice restaurant inside. The fusion cuisine offered here is excellent for the price. I’m not sure who makes the foods but they seem professionally trained. The only downside is that the restroom is shared, but there’s always space available, so it wasn’t inconvenient to use.

Cool design for lobby and room. Nice and quite area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would love to have a bathroom door though.
