The receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Our cleaning lady did not speak English but understood our request and met it with a smile. The breakfast staff were friendly too. A small supermarket opposite the street was a great place for necessities and the people were very friendly. Transport links were straight forward at a very fair price. We will definitely be returning to Prague!

Fantastic staff, clean and welcoming. Huge breakfast choice. Short walk to the metro, great restaurants nearby. Quiet. Very helpful staff who went above and beyond. Would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Unique. The hotel is close to public transportation, yet out of the way in a nice neighborhood. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a room with a balcony - highly recommend! The breakfast each morning was excellent - a variety of food, including proteins, so not just pastries though the pastries were excellent too. Helpful and available staff, easy check in with excellent communication. We will definitely return!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for sightseeing. The room was spacious, cool at night and the WiFi was reliable. The free breakfast had good options and the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, however, the room was super hot with no way to cool it down..was over 30 degrees outside and felt like 40 in the room! The area of the hotel was super walkable, 3 minutes from a metro station and close to shops and restaurants. A lovely, affluent area of Prague!

Short trip from the train station, easy and friendly check in. We had a very nice triple room with balcony overlooking the garden. Plenty of tea water coffee etc. and very well stocked minibar. Good Hairdryer. Super easy public transport, nearby trams and metro(5 mins) and all free for 65+. Great breakfast choice, we will definitely be back here.
