A fabulously located hotel in the centre of town. What made it better for us was the parking. Whilst not included in the price there was the capability to secure a space which worked out well for us. We didn’t get chance to use the amenities but the breakfast that is complimentary was good enough and there was ample choice. The hotel provided fans in the rooms and has AC in the communal areas but in the July heat the room was still quite warm. Whilst they probably couldn’t do more, it is the only thing that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5

Stayed there to run the Banff 1/2 marathon. Great location, beautiful cozy property and excellent breakfast.

Parking was complicated and we feel that the hotel should have communicated that in more detail before our stay, but it was all good once we worked it out. Parking is directly beneath the hotel in their underground parking (for a fee) or you can park in a parkade close by. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. They booked our tickets for the Banff Gondola for the next day, taking the weather into consideration. Told us where we could pick up the free bus - very clear & easy instructions. Our room was lovely, as was the hotel. No air conditioning, but 2 fans were provided in our room. It wasn't too hot during our stay, but we would not have booked here during the hot summer months. Views from our room were obscured, so could barely see the mountains. Breakfast was lovely, lots of hot & cold options. Would definitely stay here again, but not in summer.

Great location in Banff. Breakfast was great. The hotel gives out complimentary smores in the evening. They also had fresh bread when we checked in. Downside-very little parking. But the location makes up for this!

The centralized location, the property, and the staff was very good. The property was clean and well maintained. It is located in the heart of banff main market and has private parking for guest at reasonable price. I would recommend the place.

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The location was perfect. The room was great. Room was a bit warm, but fans were provided without having to ask. Breakfast wasn't amazing (hot food items could be improved), but it was well run and very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!
