Jó Room smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. Price was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Everything was great about the hotel. Impressive glass-walled bathroom, decent size balcony with a nice view of the beach and excellent location just one block from the beach.

The area around this hotel is great. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants, etc. The price is appropriate, however, because the property is a dump. Maintenance and housekeeping are non-existent. Rooms somewhat moldy. I think they are just waing for it to be torn down.

You get what you pay for. However the actual room in comparison to pictures on the website were vastly different. Air con didn’t work.

Although the property is antique, it is conveniently located near other amenities. The staff is patient and professional, and there are nearby restaurants and a beachfront hotel.

good cheap hotel. you get what you pay for. the bed is clean and comfortable has nice views from the upper 3 floors . spacious room and good location

Dated motel facilities, but with clean and tidy rooms comfortable beds and everything worked, they also hired motorbikes and the staff were helpful. Our room had a great view of my khe beach and it was cheaply priced for the facilities, everything is close and a great location
