We had an absolutely wonderful experience here, all thanks to Alyssa at the front desk and her coworker! Right before our family headed out for a day at Universal Studios, one of our family members accidentally lost their purse in the lobby. Alyssa and her colleague found it and went completely out of their way to ensure it was kept safe and securely held for us until we returned. Losing a purse could have easily ruined our day, but their honesty, quick thinking, and incredible helpfulness saved the trip. Thank you so much, Alyssa, for turning a stressful moment into a reminder of how amazing the hospitality is here. You are a rockstar!

Családdal maradtunk

Alam was very helpful with getting my family & I an early-check in, as well as accommodating for us and providing extra roll out beds, sheets, pillows, and towels. The free hot breakfast bar in the morning also provided waffles, eggs, protein, and pastries to help jumpstart our day. As a budget stay, we all felt comfortable and safe, and the location was in close proximity to the spots we wanted to check out.
