Cwap hole. Stained sheets, dirty walls, bugs. No screens. They have no concept of cleaning

I had high hopes for this hotel, but it honestly turned out to be disgusting. To start, the Wi-Fi was horrible. This is an inconvenience for me because I do not have service off of Wi-Fi so I had a hard time contacting my friends and family back home and they were very worried about me. With that, the walls and curtains were extremely dirty. It looked like someone had a fight in here. The sheets also had ants in them. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Nagyszerű The location was great, walking distance to a lot of attractions, food and stores. The hotel was very clean. The tv did not work. They were supposed to fix it but they didn’t. The AC didn’t work either but I didn’t mentioned it. There was a language barrier but the stuff was very nice.

The staff were friendly, but the room looked nothing like the photos online. The location worked for us and it was decent enough to just stay. The toilet was facing a corner wall that stuck out, so had to sit sideways on the toilet, then the toilet would wobble and the seal came off and flooded the floor. The shower was good. It'd be nicer to know what the room looked like beforehand, and not feel like it was misrepresented. Good walking distance to colosseum.

The property was pretty basic … no fridge or kettle in room . I like to drink hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things .
To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water .
The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room .

Place was basic but nice. We were on the top floor and there is no lift which was a downside. Staff were friendly

Nagyszerű Nice location, within a couple of blocks of a metro station and 15 min. walk to the Termini (main train) terminal. Convenient 1.5 block walk to the grocery store and 2 block walk to a few cafe's. Going through exterior renovations and our room had already been renovated with new paint, lighting, restroom, interior upgrades, etc.

Our room was double booked when we arrived and we had a dirty room for 4 nights and not told our room was ready the second day so it made our holiday not so good

Fantasztikus The hotel is in the process of refurbishing all the rooms ( so it’s looks a lot better then the photos) The room we had was almost complete, it had all the basic essentials - bathrooms has been done up nice, it was clean. The air conditioning unit was not connected yet and there was one lose wire.
Overall, the location of the property was really good - we could walk to all of the main sites/attractions. The hotel staff were friendly in helping us out with anything.
