No air conditioning. Charged us more than my daughter because we booked through Expedia. Yes we were told that was why. Plus charged extra for breakfast. (My daughter lives in the NL and was charged less and breakfast was included).

The rooms were cleaned immaculately. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was above excellent.
The hotel is located right in the middle of Delft with easy walking distance to the Markt. As an older building, unfortunately, it does not have air conditioning.
A minor complaint that the safe in the closet is located on the floor of the wardrobe. Not the easiest places to access it if needed.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere, and clean room. But the room was a block away in an annex and when we requested an iron and ironing board, we had to go pick it up ourselves because they didn’t have enough staff to bring it to us.

Great location separate from the main hotel. We had a room with kitchen. Very convenient for storing our own drinks and food. Reheated some leftovers for breakfast. Nice view of canal. Comfortable bed and great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much in Delft. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. We recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Canal! The Junior Suite offers a beautiful view of the canal and old church, and the hotel is in a great spot, both near the train station and the main square.

The Superior Studio in the Annex Building is absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, utensils, pots & pans, Nespresso machine, really comfy big bed, lovely and warm and in a great central location.
