Fantasztikus The location is excellent -- easy walking distance to Kelvingrove Park and a host of excellent restaurants and bsts. Staff are friendly and helpful

Nice hotel, very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Foyer needs updating and is a little dark ( my opinion) but otherwise nice. Great if visiting the OVO within walking distance and 5mins in a taxi to the city centre, have used this hotel before and would recommend it.

I was reading reviews and was wondering what to expect. The property is a little old, but has decent bedding. The breakfast is actually a lot better than expected. The staff have a very weird vibe. They don’t seem to get along and the manager seems to have established a bad culture. Not friendly. Not welcoming. And the rest seem to follow the style, possibly out of fear. Did not see a smile the whole trip. Need to reset that culture and make it more friendly and accommodating.

This was one of the newly refurbished rooms. The shower was a good size with decent pressure. Effective black out curtains, new double glazed windows and a large TV. I am a terrible sleeper but for the first time in years, I was able to sleep all night without a sore back when I woke up. If I could afford one, I could do with one of those mattresses at home.
I must give a special mention to Lorraine. Very attentive and professional, from the point I called to confirm the booking, to when we departed

Fantasztikus I attended a conference bat Scottish Event Center. And it was an excellent location to stay - easy walk to SEC, a lot of restaurants around. Easy transportation to the airport and city center.

Great location for us and helpful staff. On a busy street so some noise at times from that but not too disturbing although we stayed at a weekend. Room v clean and good breakfast.
