Hotel doesn't smell fresh. Smell odor in my room, and all the hall way and elevator, they mopped floor the unclean mop. Room smell odor that I made me can not sleep. Room has no tissue. No AC in the hall way, and lobby. Everything else was good except cleaning problem.

The staffs are courteous and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is ok. The lobby, hallway and elevator are stuffy, no air conditioning!

Breakfast was great with plenty of options, though the hotel isn’t very close to the beach. The location is still convenient you can easily walk to the night market or the Dragon Bridge in under 15 minutes. The pool was also really nice and a great spot to relax. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Front desk staff is too slow and not too nice .. they should let customers know what is going on when delayed the checkin process. Just let customers wait there and helping other customers, when we asked what was going on for the checkin process they just simply said “ I will check you in soon” room cleaning did not clean bathroom, just change the towels and dumped the trash, they did not clean the toilet and mirror .

Breakfast was excellent, but not the best we ever have in VN. Staff work hard but not make us feel like home, not friendly enough
