We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. Rooms are clean and the view is great, we can see the lake from our window. Special mention to the warm and friendly staff Tommy, Antony and Jack who were very warm and hospitable, going the extra mile to make our stay in Hanoi special. The staff were all very personable and that made the stay truly special. We will choose this hotel when we return.

Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa has a warm, cosy ambience and is beautifully maintained. Since we had split reservations, we had the opportunity to stay in three different room categories. Every room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding, excellent lighting, a well-stocked minibar, and quality toiletries. The laundry service was also outstanding, fast, efficient, and beautifully done.

I stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our Vietnam trip. The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, just a 15-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The lake area is vibrant at all hours, with wonderful restaurants, ice cream vendors, locals out jogging, and a lively atmosphere that truly lets you experience the heart of the city.

The location of hotel is in Old Quarter which is great. We don't hear any outside noise in the rooms. We liked breakfast buffet, food quality really good. Hotel staff is very professional, polite and helpful. Special thanks to Miss Selena for helping us to find good spots for food, shopping.

I had a fantastic stay here, perfectly located within a short walking distance of all of the Old Quarter's sights. Both the room and the entire hotel were extremely comfortable and full of character, making it a joy to. But for all its beautiful charm, what really made it stand out was the friendliness of the staff. From the welcome tea and local sweets, to the arranging of anything I might need to make for an easy transfer to my next destination, everyone was incredible. Special mention to Tommy, however, for his exhaustive list of recommendations for local restaurants / street food stalls, and who was only to happy to answer all my questions in an instant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I look forward to returning again (and again).

The staff at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa are incredible. They made our stay so special and could not have done more for us. Everything about the hotel is brilliant including comfortable rooms and great breakfast. We will happily be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent staff. Most especially Jack, Tommy and Selena from front desk. Rooms were very clean, food was delicious and hotel is very central in Hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the area, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were always attentive, thoughtful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated their hospitality very much. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit to Hanoi.

Our best vacation ever largely thanks to the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa staff. I can't say how much Jack and Selena and their colleagues were kind and helpful. The room was great, the food was simply delicious. The hotel is ideally located in the Old Quarters. We will come back.

Whether you're travelling solo or with family, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city on foot, with plenty of local attractions, markets, and delicious street food just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations. I felt safe, well looked after, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore the city.
