The AC in one of the rooms was not working at all, I sent an email asking to please check at it but nobody replied basicallywe sleptwith not AC in one of the rooms. Other than that everything was very good.

Everything about this stay was great except for checking in. We had to wait 40 minutes to find the manager and thought we were without a room for the night. Thankfully staff at another hotel was able to call the manager as we were getting ready to leave. The manager was very nice but just confusing to check in

We had a great stay. Our apartment was a short but uphill walk from the main reception. Little cumbersome with luggage after a long flight but totally worth it.

Fantasztikus We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 older children. The property was wonderfully clean and super well appointed. We had ample space and the two bathrooms were a dream. The staff was so helpful and nice. We had too much heavy luggage to lug up stairs but that was our own fault. Stay was ideal for us and would def go back when in Rome.

Literally my best stay in Italy. I accidentally booked the apartment and was not disappointed. I felt completely safe and staff were awesome if you needed them. The location of this property is absolutely the best. You’re just minutes away from everything. The apartment itself was super cute and spacious. I did solo travel so it was more than enough room for me. I’ve been recommending this place to so many people. I would def be booing again. This stay was the cherry on top of my overall trip.

The property was very nice and clean. Situated right downtown very close to the top of the Spanish stairs. Everything in walking distance very easy and convenient.

Beautiful apartment; with amazing terrace and great location. The check in (in another building) is a little tiresome especially after a day of travelling, but the apartment is a great reward. I also think the cleaning fee is a bit much on top of paying for the apartment. Most places don’t do that anymore…it should be included in the nightly rate, instead of being an unexpected afterthought.

Our room was clean and updated. We had a party of five enough beds for us. The staff was outstanding. She (forgot her name) was SO great with helping get our luggage to our room. The location was perfect for us.
