Fantasztikus Very well placed motel, clean and nice room. The desk assistant was very polite and helpful. He had a true smile, not forced. Good coffee, nice 2 night stay.

Jó Bad attitude of the manager. The property itself was so so, needing a little do over, but we did have an issue that left a bad feeling when we left. They state they have a laundry room which we were planning to use since we were halfway through our two week trip. When we arrived at 9:30 PM, the manager said the washing machine wasn't working since last week. Last week! When we asked at 9 AM the next morning to have a late checkout of 11:45-12:00 rather than the normal 11:00 to give us time to go to the laundromat down the street since we couldn't do the laundry there, the motel manager was absolutely adamant that they don't do late checkouts. Not even 45 minutes??? The attitude he had was very disturbing and confrontational. He just didn't care, and certainly wasn't apologetic at all for the washer being down since last week and the problems that would cause us for a timely checkout.

Fantasztikus Hello. This was the first time in Manitou Springs. My family and I were there to hike the Incline. I was concerned that the overnight stay at the Tava would be restless. It was very comfortable and worthwhile! I'd stay at Tava again! Thank you!!

Fantasztikus Comfy beds, super soft towels, affordable and very clean. Friendly staff. Was a great place to stay the night!
