The phone in room didn’t work try to call front desk went to talk to the receptionist there and was ask do you really need a phone I said it would have been nice so I wouldn’t have to come down here and her reply was maintenance is not here today… and I told her that the tv channel that has movies playing we couldn’t see the picture but was just audio she said you have to push input button and if you can’t fix I come up there . So we just didn’t bother pressing the issue.

Terrible, Clerk was rude , Parking was terrible, next to a gas station... Alot of homeless hanging around.. Drug and everything else... Not a safe area...

After calling the hotel to find out more about it, I booked it for a night stay in Dallas. I drove up to the hotel with flashing lights cop cars in the parking lot. I checked in and on my way up the elevator, got stuck in there for a few minutes because the door would get caught on itself when the doors were trying to open. I was able to get to my room, and the key reader on the door would not work

Fantasztikus

Everything was fine. It was a quick overnight. Stay from my grandson to have a surgery this morning and we got in and got out. All was good. Would stay there again.

Hotel is decent, pool is fine, hot tub DOESNT work, we walked onto the 4th floor and it smelled heavily of weed. Bedroom was clean. Staff was ok, but usually busy being loud chatting to each other. But the beds are comfortable and clean.

Had to call out and waited for a staff to come in the front to check us in. Once they did, I was not sure if it’s a staff because they were in civilian clothes. Place smelled and the toilet splashes water upwards a lot when flushing.

Staff was rude and not willing to assist with any issues. Door was busted to where you could see to the hallway. AC does work well
