Kobe Portopia Hotel

Q: Melyik szobatípusból nyílik a legjobb kilátás a Kobe Portia Hotelben?

A Harbour Artificial Island vonalon található "Civic Square Station" keleti kijárata közvetlenül a szálloda második emeletére vezet, körülbelül 2 perces sétára.

A gem in Kobe. Many on site restaurants to choose from. Attentive cleaning staff, plenty of parking and showers with pressure. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Will definitely be back again.

I like the wide lobby that has plenty of seats for guests. There is a familymart in the hotel to get supper bites and personal care items that you may need. And not forgeting the generously discounted car park rate 1000yen per night.

Átlag alatt

The biggest disappointment during our stay was being assigned to an older wing of the hotel that was not accurately represented in the booking description or photos. Based on the listing, we expected a more modern and updated experience, so arriving to an outdated section made us feel like we had been pushed into the “older” part of the property without warning. For families especially, transparency matters. If the hotel has significantly different room standards across sections, that should be clearly stated at the time of booking so guests know exactly what they are paying for.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, except for the bathtub, which you don’t realize until taking a bath. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price, not much choice of fresh fruit and salad, as well as terribly crowded!
