The room was spacious and clean. The sink didn't drain properly in the bathroom Beds were comfortable.

Our stay was ok it would of been better if we didn’t have to ask for more towels or ask for a replacement remote or that the water pressure was not good barely any water when flushing the toilet the ice maker on our floor didn’t work so we had to go to the another floor. Not to mention we stayed for two nights they didn’t clean the room at all. Also when the dishwasher ran it made the whole room stink.

The beddings were very old and, worn out. The pillows were completely flat. However those are the only hiccups. I intend to stay there again, I will just be sure to take my pillows. I still enjoyed my stay and found the staff extremely polite and warm. The rooms are exceptionally neat, and that a major one for me.

Initially it looked like a great place to stay. The room was dusty in certain areas that could be overlooked but then when pulled out the couch bed ther were the dirty sheets on there!!! The next day when we returned to our room it was never cleaned. The breakfast was in good and gave a variety. The setup was appealing.

This is a very pleasant day. Issa ensure that she was able to assist us with all her needs and that we were comfortable. The facility was clean and well kept from the rooms to the dining in our lounging area.

This hotel was in a great location for our trip. It was close to the zoo and SeaWorld. One downside was that the hotel charged $27 per night for parking.

The hotel stay was great, we enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner they provided certain days. The only complain I have was that our room was only serviced once and we were there for 7 nights. They did go clean after I mentioned on the 6th night.

When I arrived at my room there was only one bed despite reserving two. No one at the front desk told me anything. Knowing I had five people on my reservation and the room had one bed. I had to go back downstairs to ask. I booked through Expedia and they told me they overbooked. I had a party of 5 and was given a room with one bed. They could not refund me any money because they said it was too late. There was no MOD to talk to and I let the receptionist know. The next morning, no one reached out to let me know how this could happen. I am deeply disappointed as we enjoy staying at this place. We probably won't stay here again.

Door to bathroom did not lock properly. AIR conditioner in the room was outstanding best in any hotel ive been too recently
