Fantasztikus
It was nice to have a full service restaurant on site. The location was halfway between Victoria and Sidney - perfect for our daily tourist excursions. Also - FREE parking. A deciding factor in choosing this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Couldn’t make a complaint if I wanted to location was perfect even though it was near an expressway. It was very quiet. No issues with sleeper noise in the building. Restaurant was excellent. Staff was superb. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

I was so disappointed with my room. Completely overpriced for what it was. I got the 1 bedroom suite for my mom & I. Advertised as 1 bedroom with an additional queen bed, The queen was a pullout couch, which had a horrible mattress, not suitable for a comfortable bed. My mom’s mattress in the bedroom wasn’t much better. The first morning we didn’t have hot water. Was told to run the water until it ran hot. That took over an hour. The next morning we didn’t have hot water again. Basic requirements for a hotel room are comfortable beds & running hot water, Failed on both counts. I expected more for the price I paid.

Advertised airport shuttle did not exist. Went to have a shower first thing in the am to catch outlet flight. No hot water.
