The front manager was kind when checking in. The o real stay was disappointing. We had to switch rooms shortly after checking in because the sink in the first room wouldn’t drain. Unfortunately the second room wasn’t much better. The second room had no proper blackout window coverings, which made it hard to get a good nights sleep because a lot of light came in early in the morning. We also had to kill multiple crickets in our room, which high wasn’t pleasant. The air conditioner technically worked, but it barely blew any air, making the room uncomfortable. The front staff allowing us to switch rooms was appreciated, but the overall condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired. We hope the property addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues so future guests have a better experience.

Near my siblings house

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very loud and didn't reach the far side of the room very well.

The front desk people were just absolutely amazing very kind, sweet and very helpful

I would not recommend this facility at all. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all, it made a lot of noise like it was working but it didn’t work, the entire room filled up with steam, now I know why the room smelled musty when we checked in. The breakfast was horrible, as cheap as you can get, lousy instant coffee and the crappiest danishes you can buy. I can’t recommend this hotel for anything.

They have the best beds.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The AC fan was a bit loud and the bathroom grout and baseboards were showing their age but overall a nice room

As someone who's homeless, when ever I get enough money just to have a bed for a night. I always stay at super8. The beds are amazing.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Decent basic place to stay when traveling through Santa Clarita.
