The room was available before 3:00pm. Which was very helpful, because we had an early flight. So we were able to leave our bags in the room. The front desk was very helpful, the young lady gave us information about the mall and places to eat. Unfortunately we had to keep asking for towels and the maid never checked to see if we needed anything. We ran out of toilet paper on our last day. Thank God we traveled with wipes. I just think for the price the maid should have checked to make sure we didn’t need any thing.

Fantasztikus
The room had a musty smell. The breakfast is great to have when you wake up and you go down and you smell the fresh coffee and the waffles are a 10 out of 10 and the little egg soufflés are amazing. It was very good. The staff was amazing very sweet very nice accommodating and it’s a very nice safe area.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. Most of the staff speak English and Spanish, but I was also lucky enough to find someone who spoke Portuguese. Not that we strictly needed it, but it's an excellent quality! The room was comfortable, and both the sheets and towels were clean. There seemed to be a minor issue with the room's humidity at first, it felt a bit warm when we arrived but we adjusted the AC, and everything went smoothly for the rest of the night. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and we were very happy with both the quality and presentation. There were very few parking spots available for a Monday. They do offer preferred parking spaces and spots reserved for premium members, but there is no covered parking. Also, we didn't use the pool this time.

AC was not working and the room was not cooling. Couldn't sleep well in the Miami summer. Breakfast was horrible. Can't believe they charge money and serve such bad food. Reception staff are very nice and helpful people. Thanks.

Me and my family came down for the weekend for a family reunion and our stay was perfect! Clean rooms and exceptional staff! Would definitely recommend staying here!
