Fantasztikus Perfect stay. Lovely spacious, clean room that was upgraded on arrival. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Great location and discounted car parking near by! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

So incredibly hot! This was probably the highest temperature for a hotel room I’ve ever been in, to the point it was uncomfortable to sleep and I kept waking up throughout the night. To be fair we were having a heatwave but how does a hotel not provide air conditioning to their guests? Or at least allow for windows to fully open? They did provide us with a fan but it didn’t do much. It was a terrible experience. Never again.

Excellent staff, helpful and super friendly. The hotel seems to be undergoing some upgrades (the tvs are a bit old, only basic channels not smart tvs and no mini fridge in the rooms) but very spacious rooms, updated bathrooms and comfortable bed. Great location, close but not too close to Piccadilly Station and near Piccadilly Gardens. Recommend this hotel.

Great location, right at Piccadilly. External parking nearby at very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and clean. There was no air con, but Dyson fan was provided in the room. Front of house team were lovely and professional. Beautiful brasserie restaurant with amazing cooked breakfast. Highly recommend, we will definitely come back.

This hotel is right in the heart of Piccadilly in Manchester and just a few minutes walk to Piccadilly railway station. There is also great public transportation. The hotel itself was originally a textile mill and it has been renovated into a very modern hotel while keeping some of the original features. I live in Chicago but visit Manchester every couple of years to visit friends. I will certainly book the Heathcote when I next return. A great experience.

We had a great stay at the Heathcote Hotel.
Our room was very well appointed and was very clean and tidy.
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the train station and the centre of the city.
The staff were very helpful and polite, the day we checked out we asked them if they could mind our large suitcase while did some more shopping & they were only too happy to oblige.
We would definitely stay there again.

We really loved our stay here, the rooms were lovely and the hotel was so quiet and in a brilliant location. Only downside was i did ask at reception for some more firmer pillows or an extra pillow as it was very soft but they did not fulfil this request. I will definitely come back if im in the area
