Great location, close to the train station. 30 minute walk to the Fortress. Room was clean and spacious. It was hot during our stay and the hostel does not have air conditioning. We had to pull the top bunk bed mattress off and put it on the floor so my son could sleep. We used the on site laundry facility. Cost about $10 Euros per load to wash and dry. Pool table and Foosball in the lobby. Front desk was not the most helpful when checking in. Seemed to take awhile to check in.

Quiet hours were not respected. It was loud and difficult to sleep because of the echoing through a central courtyard. The window barely opened, so the room was stuffy. The shower did not drain. The communal kitchen was comically small for a building of its size, and very poorly supplied with cooking implements and plates.
Worst, however, was the back up at the front desk. Not enough people were working, so it would take forever to get to talk to someone about a problem, or to do something like request the laundry keycard. I think the staff was doing its best, but overwhelmed.
This was exacerbated by our room cards deactivating at 9:30, in spite of weekend check out being 11:00. Staff did not seem surprised by this. We had to wait in line for at least ten minutes to even explain our problem.
The location was good, and the amenities except the kitchen seemed fine, but this was a case where a lot of small things added up to a pretty frustrating stay.

Room clean. Breakfast surprisingly good. Not noisy above what one would expect from an inner city room. Only problem was the check in where required to go through QR code process on arrival that involved entering guest details. Was painful when jetlagged and the person behind the desk was not helpful. Would have preferred to do this at home before flying for 24 hours.

I have never experienced a more inefficient check in process. It took over 10-15 minutes per person. The whole process including waiting in line took almost 1 hour. The room was incredibly hot. The windows barely opened. Luckily I managed to get the last fan. Breakfast was good. For some reason Google Maps had a hard time finding the location. The location was by the way great. Just minutes from the station. Lots of stores close by. All the buses started there so it was easy to get to many places easily.

Good breakfast, very European, meats and veggies and less carbs than America. My kids learned to appreciate it.
Staff were excellent and friendly.

The location was convenient , and the room was a decent size.
The bathroom, however, was disappointing. There was mold in the shower, which made it feel unclean.
I would definitely not recommend staying here during the summer. There is no air conditioning, no fans available, and the windows only open a small amount. The room became unbearably hot, and we could barely sleep because of the heat.

Really big building with lots of space.
Individual rooms were spacious, bed was comfy.
Common areas were great, well kept, lively, but not noisy till too late.
Definitely recommended and I would be keeping this chain in mind for other places

Átlag alatt Rooms where ok but the whole school of kids staying at the building was just crazy loud and didn't see anything done about the noise. Another thing that was crazy is that they let local homeles people stay at the property so it didn't feel safe leaving my back pack in the room and i didn't see any lockers to lock it.
