Comfortable and quiet. Had a hard time getting the outlet by the bed to work. Room could probably use a paint job but we were only there as a stopover so the comfy and quiet part overrides the minor inconveniences

This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. Totally out of their hands, the the lack of restaurants near the hotel. Only Red Lobster, and fast foods. Eat before you get there. Feels like the hotel is in a forgotten area of the city. The staff gave us some Hilton points for the problems that we experienced. We would not choose to stay there again.

It’s tucked into a storage unit lot behind a red lobster and it’s hard to find. No signs at the road. We were exhausted. Found a ball of hair in the middle of the floor. Yellow spots all over the ceiling. Mud spots on walls. Gross fan. Baseboard separating from wall. Toilet requires manual flushing. Shower did not drain. Bed frame worn. Sheets clean but worn. Guests noisy after midnight. The worst part was the bright lights outside that never went off and the drapery was missing a section so would not close. We barely rested. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not in a great part of town

The pool was not well maintained or temperature controlled. The carpet in the room was stained and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Overall the place was sufficient but, not Hampton Inn quality in any way.

The hotel is under new management and being renovated. There clearly are some cosmetic issues that need to be addressed, but I stayed twice in the last week and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and there was good selection of snacks for sale at the front desk. The only suggestion I would make is better signage off Hamilton Road, because the entrance is tucked behind a Red Lobster and not easy to find at night.

Room 118. We had to reach inside the toilet tank to lift the plunger because the handle was not attached. Seriously, there was no chain to flush the toilet. Breakfast was cold. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But the property was honestly not very nice. Big disappointment.
