A wonderful stay!
We had a great time at this hotel. Everything was spotless, very clean, and neat. The owners are lovely people – incredibly kind and always ready to help. On top of that, they served delicious local breakfasts that we absolutely loved. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

This was probably the cleanest Guest house/ Hotel I have ever stayed in.
Close to city centre with plenty of restaurants close by also right next to a supermarket.
Would highly recommend for anyone on a budget.

We had a wonderful budget stay with 8 family members. Enough space for social time, good breakfasts and hosts. Gangneung has a lot to offer, the local markets, churches, historical buildings plus lots of good eateries nearby & over the seaside. Just keep your eyes open. We don't speak korean but everyone was friendly & helpful. Bus access is nearby though we drove mostly as a group. Just be mindful that you may need to stay out between 1000-1500 for it's cleaning time.

Although it was hostel, the room had a private bathroom. Only thing was the shower has no divider to toilet. So, the floor gets wet after the shower. The owner couple was very nice and hospitable. We were a big group, so it was nice to have a dinning room to hangout.

The place is very clean, the lady and mr. are so nice and they follow the covid regulatory process as for temperature check and writing name and number. The location is just regular, but if you have a car or take a taxi you can easily move to the beach, bus station, and train station. This was our second stay in this place, the lady remembered us and was very kind.
I definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Express stay, but it was super nice, clean and comfy. The lady and mister that received us were super kind. We didn't try the breakfast because he had to leave early but they offered it too. Really really nice! 💛

Great host family and great breakfast. Really kind and helpful hosts (although their English ability was very low). Beds weren't that comfortable from a Western style (they are Korean style hard beds). Everything else was fine. Location is convenient (near the KTX train station).
